This has been quite a summer for baseball in the Herron house. Ralph and Austin went to see the Texas Rangers play the Astros and had a blast. There seats were just behind homeplate, so the little boys and I could see them on T.V. back at the hotel.We saw a Round Rock Express game for the first time this past weekend. It was really great for families. They had alot of stuff for the kids to do. They also had $3 snocones. Now when we make free snocones at home, the kids always eat them, but get a $3 snocone at a ballgame and they just can't seem to finish it. They had about 18 flavors that the kids could apply themselves and it may be that chocolate, grape, pineapple, rootbeer, raspberry, coconut, strawberry snocones, just don't taste that good!!!
We also went to Six Flags while in Arlington and I'll post a pic or two from that later.
If things work out, Austin will go with Barry next week to see the Yankees play in New York!!
